I agree. Music is great too. Very pleasant, polished game. And the rotating text looks amazing

my 'insight,' even though I've tackled this problem before, examines a fraction of the problem.

Re: Ball collisions

I had the coolest insight with respect to which balls to compare. The smallest only needs to test against, at max, 6 other balls.

Re: Ball collisions

I also considered mass. Nice. I see it's the classic circle against every other circle test, also like I did.

I'm sensing fun to be had. Like quicksort's divide-and-conquer strategy which I haven't fully wrapped my head around, there could be a similar approach to this problem.

Re: Ball collisions

cool. i researched inelastic circle collisions once. the one piece i was missing was "completing the square" if you can run gfx32, this will do aa replace '' screen settings bw = 600 '' screen width bh = 400 '' screen height screenres bw, bh, 16 with type imagevars '2017 Aug 31 - by dafhi ...

Re: What to do about a lack of developers for the compiler?

I think that sound support is an excellent idea. I made a low latency softsynth using windows source by D.J. Peters

One key concept of my synth is that timing between notes is independent of buffer size

Re: fwd ref

@fxm - if I were to swap the udts (your 2nd post) i'd have to forward reference csbuf_vars and it'd end up being the same issue. I'm only showing a fraction of my project code. your first post might do the trick although I've implemented my own solution - an additional type to hold the data I'm tryi...
