I like the subgroups (Dev*), but I wonder if it should be broken down more than that? Maybe not... I mean at least with the rtlib there are a LOT of systems there. DevRT would have file commands, console commands, array implementation stuff, string pool stuff, etc etc... Perhaps we can break further...
