I like the subgroups (Dev*), but I wonder if it should be broken down more than that? Maybe not... I mean at least with the rtlib there are a LOT of systems there. One criticism, it's concatenation, not catenation. I actually looked it up and the concept is the same but concatenation is the accepted use when talking about strings in CS ;)
