Re: Open File Dlg with multiple selections

Fixed.

Line 78 should be:

Code: Select all

For x = 1 To FileCount - 1

Re: Console off

Just a side note.

On many IDE's, when using the "Quick Run" option, it leaves the console window up for any "debugging" printing. But in the compiled exe will not have a console window.

Re: Include Digger

It is set up to do any Freebasic compiler whether native to the system or not. Can also do libraries. In the menu: Library -> Add external library A dialog box will open to allow you to select the MAIN ".bi" file for the library. And then, yes, will parse that and any other "Included&...

Re: [S]imple [N]etwork [C]onnection win and lin 32/64-bit.

Is there a way to share just the connection. I would like to open just one connection and be able to use it anywhere in the program. var shared connection = client.GetConnection() error 11: Expected constant in 'var shared connection = client.GetConnection()' Update: Did a little bit of digging and ...

Re: WinFBE Editor and FreeBASIC Compiler (All-in-One Package) (Updated January 22, 2019)

Is there any easy way to load a file without adding it to a project? Say, have a bit of code in program A that would be useful in program B. I would like to open up the file to remind myself or copy/paste the bit of code into program B. But when opening it, WinFBE adds the file to the project and ha...

Re: Ok to use 'END' in a thread?

I am not an expert but I would say no.

ThreadWait waits for a thread created by ThreadCreate or Threadcall to finish execution, and then releases the resources associated with the thread handle.

Here is mine. A little more complex, but worth it. I think that I speak for most of the users here. You are doing a great job in EVERYTHING that you submit. And we are thankful. To be honest, I do not have a single music file on my system. So I have no use for this. I have tried to adapt you SNC to make a PNC. (Programmable Network Connection) Just ...

Re: Get (File I/O) issue

@St_W
Thanks for the explanation. I look at what needs to be passed, but not "how" it is passed. I will be sure to look more closely.

Re: Get (File I/O) issue

I was just pointing out the fact that the "amount" parameter accepts a 'ULong' but the 'bytesread' parameter does not.
At least in the Win64.
