In my opinion, the English version is available from version 5.2.6.

Shrimp v3.5 the simple but yet powerful editor for FreeBasic, also come with FreeBasic plugin for Dialog creation.

I liked how small and simple is, however this need more work yet, but can be a nice option.
By some reason both Nod32 Antivirus and Comodo detect this as Malware.

Shrimp v3.5 the simple but yet powerful editor for FreeBasic, also come with FreeBasic plugin for Dialog creation.
