Updated MSACM.bi ???

The msacm.bi that I have is missing tons of ACM functions like acmStreamOpen. Does anybody have an updated one or should I start translating a C header?

ok... i have it translated.. but it bad translated... altough it worked well enough for the ACM conversion functions that i have used... but note that if you use some info functions they may still need to be changed to get the A version... since apparently it didnt generated both the A , W versions....

so i think this one is for emergency only :P

I'm going to run h_2_bi on this once I figure out all the details, because I've been reading about it and it seems like it's alive and being maintained... and I haven't tried it yet.

Well, I tried it. It generated a file with a lot of extra stuff in it, hehe. I'm leaving this note to remind myself to add numeric evaluation (to undefined symbols?) in #if
