FreeBasic "designer" - newbie help needed

Is there and documentation (or perhaps a tutorial or good example) of using the design feature ???

I want to implement a GUI for a tool that I am writing in free basic and need some basic background to get started as it's not something I've ever had to do before.

Any pointers welcome,

there is very little documentation for the visual designer at the moment. My first priority was to redesign the editor but I indent to redesign and improve the visual designer component of WinFBE in September.
