How to upload a local image file like screenshot

When writing a new post the picture icon provides only http url upload other than attachment uploads option(Or was I missing?).How can I just upload an image like screenshot from local computer?

You can't. You have to upload to a file hosting and then put the link.

You can upload your image to https://postimages.org/ and then copy the direct link and add image to post with image url
